When Will My Orders Ship?

Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus and social distancing practices, orders may take 7-21 business days to process and ship. 

For international shipping please allow an additional 14-28 business days.

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. 

Failed Delivery/Returned to Sender

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

Damaged/Opened Box

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order.

My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?

USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.

Shipping Address Issues

Reflection Music Group WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which include lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Due to COVID, all items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product-specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.

If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for a return or exchange.

FAQs

When will my order ship?
Orders are packaged and shipped Monday - Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days, however, during periods of high demand please allow up to 7-21 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on weekends and holidays, do not begin processing time until the next business day. 

My order says delivered, but I haven't received anything.
Once packages have left our HQ and in the hands of USPS we have no control of the package. In most cases, USPS has marked the package delivered before it has actually been delivered and customers receive their package later in the day or the next day. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to be sure your package is not trying to be redelivered by USPS. Build Your Own Dreams is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages.   

I received the wrong item. Can this be corrected?
If customers are shipped a different item, the incorrect item must be returned to our HQ and we will send the correct item. Please be prepared to send a picture of the items you received for our records.
